NAPHTHA-PLAST G-808

High range water reducing & retarding

super plasticizer

PROPERTIES FIELDS OF APPLICATION G-808

• High range water reducer designed to • Micro silica concrete
obtain rehoplastic concrete with slump at
least 200mm, without segregation • Pre-cast concrete manufacture.

• Reduces thermal peaks • Ready mix concrete

• Reduction of 20% water contents whilst • long distance transportation

maintain workability, durability &
impermeability
• In hot weather to extend workability
• Increases ultimate compressive strength
• Bridges and cantilever structures
and other strength developing properties

• Effects economies of concrete mix thereby

• Pre-stressed concrete
saving cement
• Floor slabs
• Compatible with all type of cement
including sulphate resisting • Foundations

• Improves pump-ability of the material • Walls and columns

• Improves cohesive properties of concrete • Beams and slabs

to reduce segregation & bleeding
• For fair face results
• reduce the placing problems in hot weather
concrete

• Improve trowel ability & surface finish

• Ready mix concrete where workability

retention coupled with retardation in initial
se0t

• Reduces the incidence of honeycombing

and cold joints during vibration

• Reduce water contents would be of benefit

to reduce permeability
