versiones antiguas. Tenga especial cuidado con los que
entregan programas trial o de prueba descargados de la
página web de cada aplicación y le agregan falsos Crack`s
(parches que en realidad son para otros programas).
Luego lo culpan a usted de no saber instalarlo o que su

INSTRUCCIONES

Si va a instalar este producto en Windows 8 - 8.1 - 10 debe conectar
su acceso a Internet e Instalar el .Net 3.5 como lo muestran
las imágenes de la carpeta "Instalación en 8-10"
Al terminar reinicie el PC.
Puede ver los videos de Instalación de SolidWorks para que tenga más
claro el proceso.

1. Desactivar en el panel de control el "CONTROL DE USUARIO"

Si no sabe como hacerlo vea el video que acompaña esta guía
Reinicie el PC

2. Desconecte su computadora de Internet y proceda a instalar todos los

[1. Prerrequisitos] Terminado el proceso, reinicie el PC

3. Verifique que esta completamente desconectado de Internet

4. Proceda a copiar la carpeta “SolidWorks 2018” de su dvd # 1 y pegüela

en su disco duro C:\,. Posteriormente copie la carpeta “SolidWorks
2018” de su dvd #2 y pegüela en su disco duro C:\, el sistema le
informará que ya tiene una carpeta con el mismo nombre, que si desea
combinar las dos Carpetas. Responda SI. Realice el mismo
procedimiento con los discos # 3 y #4.

5. Este paso es muy importante ya que NO se puede instalar desde los

dvd`s. El contenido de los discos debe generar una sola carpeta
"C:\Solidworks 2018\" de 15.0 gigas.

6. Ingrese a la carpeta "C:\Solidworks 2018\Crack\" y ejecute con

permisos de administrador el archivo “SolidWorks2018.Activator.exe”
7. En la ventana que aparece Presione el botón "1.Set serials Numbers"
y luego el botón "Force Local Activation serials Numbers"

8. Presione el botón "Accept Serials Numbers", en la venta que aparece

presione "YES” y en la siguiente Aceptar
9. Presione el botón "2. Activate licencias" y luego el botón "Activate
Licenses" en la ventana que aparece presione "Yes" y en la siguiente
que habla sobre licencias en red presione presione "NO" Finalmente
presione "OK"
10. Cierre el "SolidWorks2018.Activator.exe”.
11. Ingrese a la carpeta "C:\Solidworks 2018\" y ejecute el archivo
“SETUP.exe” en la pantalla que aparece presione la opción “Individual y
continue

12. En la siguiente pantalla aparecerán los productos con sus números de

serie se recomienda instalar solamente lo que en realidad va a usar.
También es importante que inicialmente (luego lo puede agregar) no
instale los de DISEÑO ELECTRICO ya que requieren de la instalación
previa del motor de base de datos SQL y de su adecuada configuración,
tema que no se incluye en esta Guía y para la que se recomienda la
ayuda de un técnico experimentado.

13. Nota: Si Instalo SolidWorks Electrical, se recomienda que previamente

instale y configure el SQL Server si no sabe hacerlo o no cuenta con el
producto la recomendación es no instalar el SolidWoks Electrical o
solicitar la ayuda de alguien que sepa hacerlo. Vea atentamente las
siguientes imágenes
14. No olvide estar desconectado de Internet, de lo contrario dañara el
proceso de instalación, el sistema intentara conectarse a Internet e
informara que no fue posible, presione CANCELAR

15. Aparece el Resumen, acepte las condiciones de instalación, ingrese a

Cambiar en la sección de productos y anule el SolidWorks Electrical
16. Este atento a avisos que sugieren conectar el acceso a Internet,
simplemente omítalo y continúe, lea detenidamente y seleccione las
opciones de continuar sin hacer cambios ni regresar a pasos anteriores.

17. Inicia el proceso, es un buen momento para ir a tomar tinto, por que
esto va a demorar un buen rato. Si pregunta por fechas de suscripción
simplemente omita y continúe.

18. Terminada la instalación, indique que no desea participar del programa
de experiencia. Reinicie el PC

19. Proceda a realizar la ACTIVACION del programa. Para ello Ingrese a la

carpeta y ejecute con permisos de administrador el archivo:

"C:\Solidworks 2018\Crack\ SolidWorks2018.Activator.exe "

Aparece la ventana del activador presione los botones "3.Copy Loaders"

y "Copy Loaders" en la ventana que aparece presione "Yes"

En la siguiente ventana presione "OK"

Haga lo mismo con los botones 4. y 5.

20. Inicie el programa, acepte el contrato de licencia.

Se DEBE bloquear el acceso a Internet para la aplicación

Solicite ayuda para hacerlo. Use como guía las imágenes de la carpeta
Bloquear Acceso a Internet, en ella se usa como ejemplo un programa
llamado VueScan al cual se le bloquea la salida y entrada a Internet.

Local Activation on Client Computers:

0. Before installation, block the outgoing Internet access by means of Windows

Firewall or cord plug. Check .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.0 are installed. If
.NET Framework 3.5 (including 2.0) is not installed, go to
"Control Panel" -> "Programs and Features" -> "Turn Windows features on or off" ->
-> select ".NET Framework 3.5 (including 2.0)"

1. Unzip the _SolidSQUAD_ folder into arbitrary writeable folder like (C:\Temp)

2. Run "SolidWorks.2017-2018.Activator.exe" as administrator (right-click on file)

2.1 Press "Change Serial Numbers" button, select "Force Local Activation Serial Numbers"
from drop-down list and press "Change Serial Numbers"

2.2 Press "Activate Licenses" button, select "SolidWorks 2018 Products" from drop-down
list, select products to activate by toggling "Activate" or "Skip" on every product
and "Details" to tweak features if required. Press "Activate Licenses" to activate
licenses. SolidWorks PDM Professional license (ex Enterprise PDM) license will be
also generated and prompted to save on disk as "sw_d.lic"

2.3 Close activator window

3. Install SolidWorks 2018 (including PDM Client if required). Dont install SolidNetwork
License Server (SNL).

3.1 If the System Check Warning window appears, ignore it (click Next to continue)

3.2 If the warning "SolidWorks Serial number was not found in activation database "appears,
ignore it (click OK to continue)

3.3 If the full list of SW products to install is not visible,

click "Select different package" and tick option
"Select products not included in this package"

3.4 Select SW products to be installed

3.5 If the "The Installation Manager was unable to determine the current subscription
expiration date. Would you like to reactivate your license to update this information?"
appears, press No and press Yes in "Do you want to do it later?" prompt.

4. After installation is complete, run activator as administrator (right-click on file)

4.1 Press "Copy Loaders" button, and press "Stop Services and Copy Loaders" to confirm.
All running services related to SolidWorks will be stopped and loader fixes copied
to appropriate directories.
 4.2 Press "Activate Express Codes" button, and press "Activate" button to confirm.

4.3 (OPTIONAL) If activation of eDrawings Professional and SolidWorks Workgroup PDM Viewer
is required, press "Activate Miscellany Products" and press "Activate" button to confirm.

4.4 Close activator

5. (OPTIONAL) Use generated PDM Professional license file to feed SNL License Server as described
in "PDM / License Server Activation". If no PDM will be used, skip the step

6. Reboot computer

To activate SolidWorks 2010 - 2016 and 2017-2018 under Local activation:

0. Run SW2010-2016 activator, select required products for 2010 - 2016

1. Run SW2017-2018 Activator and follow "Local Activation on Client Computers"

Network License on PDM Server / License Server Computer:

0. Before installation, block the outgoing Internet access by means of Windows

Firewall or cord plug. Check .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.0 are installed. If
.NET Framework 3.5 (including 2.0) is not installed, go to
"Control Panel" -> "Programs and Features" -> "Turn Windows features on or off" ->
-> select ".NET Framework 3.5 (including 2.0)"

1. Unzip the _SolidSQUAD_ folder into arbitrary writeable folder like (C:\Temp)

2. Run "SolidWorks.2017-2018.Activator.SSQ.exe" as administrator (right-click on file)

2.1 Press "Change Serial Numbers" button, select "Force Network Floating Serial Numbers"
from drop-down list and press "Change Serial Numbers"

2.2 Press "Activate Licenses" button, select "SolidWorks 2018 Products" from drop-down
list, select products to activate by toggling "Activate" or "Skip" on every product
and "Details" to tweak features if required. Press "Activate Licenses" to generate
license file for SolidWorks and PDM Products (PDM Standard and PDM Professional) and
save it as "sw_d.lic"

2.3 Close activator window

3. Install SolidWorks PDM 2018, SolidNetwork License Manager (SNL) and SolidWorks 2018
(if required)

3.1 If the System Check Warning window appears, ignore it (click Next to continue)

3.2 If the warning "SolidWorks Serial number was not found in activation database "appears,
ignore it (click OK to continue)

3.3 If the full list of SW products to install is not visible,

click "Select different package" and tick option
"Select products not included in this package"

3.4 Select SW products to be installed

4. Create "licenses" folder in SolidNetwork License Manager installation directory

(by default, "C:\Program Files (x86)\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SolidNetWork License Manager\licenses\")
and copy "sw_d.lic" generated after step 2 to that folder.

5. After installation is complete, run activator as administrator (right-click on file)

4.1 Press "Copy Loaders" button, and press "Stop Services and Copy Loaders" to confirm.
All running services related to SolidWorks will be stopped and loader fixes copied
to appropriate directories.

4.2 (OPTIONAL) If SolidWorks 2018 is installed, press "Activate Express Codes" button,
and press "Activate" button to confirm.

4.3 (OPTIONAL) If activation of eDrawings Professional is required,

press "Activate Miscellany Products" and press "Activate" button to confirm.

4.4 Close activator

6. Reboot computer
