According to Johnson & Johnson’s, Philippine Health Information System on

health disorders like depression and anxiety (Coronel, 2018)

Mental Health Literacy defined as knowledge and beliefs about mental health

disorders are relatively in health promote which aid to recognize, manage and prevent

the mental disorders that range of outcomes to health education and communication

activities (Mental Health Education, 2018)

According to the World Health Organization, regarding to the 450 million people

with mental disorders and mental health problems that 13% of mental disorders

increase the global burden in comparison of mental health problems that often arise in
adolescents or young adults and affect 1 out 4 young people globally. In addition,

Vietnam ranges from 8 to 29 % for children and adolescents when it comes in general

mental health problems though undergraduate students in higher at about 25-60% (That

and Nguyen, 2018)

increase the mental health and wellness of teacher and students. That result the

participants identified sharing and personal reflection as critical elements which helped

them to acquire a deeper understanding for coping with stressful situations (Woloshyn

and Savage, 2018)

According to Young (2015) increasing number of people experiencing mental

illnesses that left untreated has chance or hope to aware on their health, better to

consult; it to others and stereotyping must refrain.


According to Bhandari (2018) the simplest steps to help a love ones with mental

health illness is to inform and fully aware about the disorder especially its effects on the

behavior of the subject.

as “It is not only about the loss or insane” but “a condition of welfare.” Which each

person will realize and find out their potential, their own way using their ability, to be

able to perform through normal stresses in their life, can labor productively and

fruitfulness and also to interact and contribute on the community where they belong

with.

According to International Journal of Mental Health System (2018) the best way

to help others is to give cares by having a unique strategy given by those people who

are willing to help to those who experience mental health illness. The process of care

with love can truly help to heal their conditions.


According to Ornsby (2017) stated that family has a big impact to their love ones

who have a condition about mental illness. Family is a huge help to cover up the illness

of their love ones they are the one also who can help and to give motivation that will

give them to think positively will heal.
