DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, SPS. REBECCA N. AGNO and ULYSSES R. AGNO, both of legal age,
Filipino, with residence and postal address at Blk. 23 Lot 3 Bougainvillea Street, St. Joseph
Village 9, Brgy. Langgam, San Pedro, Laguna, hereinafter referred to as the SELLERS, of a
House and Lot situated at Barrio of San Vicente Now Langgam, San Pedro, Laguna, covered
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. ______________________ of the Register of Deeds of
CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE TITLE NO. ________________________

A parcel of land (Lot 3, Blk. 23 of the cons. and subd. Plan, PCS-04-021048, being a
portion Lots 252, 253, 255, 266,267,890 Gss-877, San Pedro Group Settlement of Survey,
L.R.C Record No. N-39286), situated in the barrio of San Vicente now Langgam, Municipality
of San Pedro, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon. Bounded on ne NE., along line 1-2 by Lot
4, Blk. 23 on the SE., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 25; on SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2 Blk 23;
and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 14, Blk. 23 all of the cons. Subd. Plan. Beginning at a
point marked “1” on plan being S. 25 deg. 47’W., 2845.39m. from BLIM #3, Mun, of San
Pedro, Laguna, THENCE S. 73 deg 23;E., 10.00 m. to pt. 2; thence S. 16 deg. 37’W., 4.00 m.
to pt. 3; N. 73 deg.23’W., 10.00 m. to pt. 4; N. 16 deg. 37’E, 4.00 m. to the point of beginning,
consisting an area of FORTY (40) SQUARE METERS. All point referred to the indicated on
the plan and are marked on the ground y P.S ..cyl. Conc. Mons. 15x40 cm; bearings true, date
of original survey Oct. 1, 1964 to Feb. 28, 1965 and that of consolidation and subdivision survey
April 1-15, 2015 & was approved on June 20, 2005.

In consideration of the Mortgage Agreement which I executed in favor of the


MORTGAGEE (PAG-BIG FUND), I hereby undertake to recovery absolutely unto the
SELLERS- SPS. REBECCA N. AGNO and ULYSSESS R. AGNO, both legal age, Filipino,
with postal and residence at Blk . 23 Lot 3 Bougainvillea Street, St. Joseph Village 9, Brgy.
Langgam, San Pedro, Laguna, the title to the above described property in the event that may
loan application with
Pag-Ibig Fund in the amount of ONE MILLION FIFTY THREE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 1,053,000.00) will not materialize or push through.
This deed is being executed pursuant to the requirement of Pag-Ibig Fund.
