Property Identification No. 066 – 20 – 013 – 09 – 030 – (4001) covered by Tax
Declaration No. 18 – 20 – 013 – 0294 and which Property Identification number
is (PIN) 066 – 20 – 013 – 09 – 030.

In line with this we are demanding that you vacate the portion of their land of
which you had been tolerated to plant calamansi and other crops thereof. This
shall also serve as our first demand letter.

Noncompliance to this demand may lead us to file the necessary legal action in
our courts of law.
