On Monday, November 4, Sgt. P. Williams conducted a traffic stop for a speeding violation
near the intersection of Hwy 71 and Stonemill Creek Road. Sgt. Williams obtained consent
to search the vehicle which was being driven by Roger Dale McClellan (59). The search
revealed a small amount of methamphetamine belonging to McClellan. McClellan was
placed under arrest and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.
On Monday, November 4, the GCSO transported Natala Elise Zahara (22) from the Bay
County Jail to the Gulf County Detention Facility. Zahara was held in Bay County on a
warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine and to counts of Possession of a Controlled
Substance with Intent to Sell.
On Monday, November 5, Deputy S. Sheline was dispatched to Old Bay City Road to
investigate a report of a physical disturbance. Mitchell Wayne Hall (41) was arrested after
instigating a physical altercation with the owner of the property he was on. Hall was
charged with Burglary with Battery and Battery on a Disabled Person.

Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of
Marijuana. After her scheduled court appearances, she was returned to Gadsden
Correctional Facility.
On Monday, November 6, Krystal Dawn Easter (31) was arrested at the Gulf County
Detention Facility and served a warrant for Violation of Probation. Easter was on
probation for Possession of Methamphetamine.
On Tuesday, November 6, the GCSO transported Loyd Theodore Adams (46) from the
Jackson County Jail to the Gulf County Detention Facility. Adams was being held in Jackson
County on a Gulf County warrant for failing to appear in court on a Possession of
Marijuana charge.
On Tuesday, November 6, Cresta Denise Morrison (42) was arrested at the Gulf County
Detention Facility on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Morrison was on probation for
Possession of a Controlled Substance.

On Friday, November 9, Deputy G. Goodman executed an arrest warrant on Byrd Parker
Drive by arresting Kayla Rene Mann (28). Mann was wanted on a warrant for Battery
which stemmed from a disturbance call reported to the GCSO on November 3, 2019.
On Friday, November 9, Deputy G. Desrosier was dispatched to Jeffery Drive in Port St.
Joe to investigate a report of a physical disturbance. According to witness and victim
statements, Mitchell David Harvey (45), who was intoxicated, allegedly pushed someone
during a verbal argument. Harvey was placed under arrest and charged with Battery.
On Tuesday, November 12, Deputy M. Peek arrested George Anthony Wolinski Jr. (38) on
Canning Drive in Wewahitchka. Wolinski was wanted for Violation of Probation on the
original charge of Possession of Methamphetamine.
On Thursday, November 14, Mitchell David Harvey (45) was arrested at the Gulf County
Detention facility on warrant for Violation of Probation. Harvey was on probation for
Criminal Mischief.
On Thursday, November 14, Deputy S. Alday conducted a traffic stop on Highway 71 near
the intersection of Lake Grove Road. During the course of the traffic stop, he learned that
the driver, John Robert Whitehurst (58), had a suspended driver’s license. The vehicle
Whitehurst drove was not registered and the tag displayed belonged to another vehicle.
Whitehurst was placed under arrest and charged with DWLSR, Attaching Tag Not Assigned
and Failing to Register a Motor Vehicle.
On Thursday, November 14, Loren Michael Siprell (37) was arrested at the Gulf County
Detention Facility for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Fraudulent Use of a
Credit Card.
On Friday, November 15, the GCSO transported Joshua Gene Brown (24) from the Bay
County Jail to the Gulf County Detention Facility. Brown was being held in Bay County on
a Gulf County warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charges of Possession of
Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.

On Saturday, November 16, Charles Anthony Glenn (30) was arrested on an order for
Contempt of Court and Writ of Attachment for failing to pay child support.
