My name is Tyler Jones and I am currently seeking employment in the financial industry. Currently, I am
enrolled at North Carolina State University, I am a senior that will be graduating this coming May, 2020, with
a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business Management. Upon discovering the wonders of the stock market
about a year ago I decided to take as many finance classes my degree would allow and began to self-teach the
principles of finance. He’s some reasons why I’d like to use the knowledge I’ve obtained to become a financial
advisor.

president of my high school and social chair
of my fraternity most would say I’m very

• Collaborative Ø Volunteer work with the Appalachian
Service Project has allowed me to lead a
group to rebuild houses for people in need.
Ø Most of my duties working for Fastenal
required teamwork.
• Self-motivated Ø I enjoy building a book of business for this
exact reason, the more you put in the more
you get out.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit Ø This past summer was spent interning as a
sales representative for Grease-Cycle,
which allowed me to make commissions
based on a Book of Business I created from
scratch.
Ø In High school, I owned and operated a
pressure washing service company.
