Fajri: “Assalamualikum, hello guys, hello everyone. My name is Sri Wiqayatul Fajariyah, you can
call me Fajri, I’m the leader from group 3. And Let me introduce my group. We from group 3. On
my right side is Khoirul Mahdori, you can call him Dori.
Dori: “ Assalamualaikum, hello guys, my name is Dori”
Fajri: “ Next, she is Sofi”
Sofi: “Heloo guys, My Name is Sitti Sofiyah, you can call me Sofi”
Fajri: “And the last member, she’s name is Dian”
Dian: “Yes, Hello. My name is Dian Oktavianti, you can call me Dian”.
Fajri: In this video we will discuss about silent killer disease. What is silent killer dissease? Silent
killers are medical conditions with no obvious symptoms that can progress to an advanced stage
before they are discovered. Here we will talk about silent killer of Hypertension. Are you curious?

Dian: What is Hypertension?

Fajri: Hypertension is diagnosed if, when it is measured on two different days, the systolic blood
pressure readings on both days is ≥140 mmHg and/or the diastolic blood pressure readings on
both days is ≥90 mmHg.

Dian: What are the signs and symptoms?

Sofi: If your blood pressure is extremely high, there may be certain symptoms to look out
for,including:
1) Severe headache
2) Fatigue or confusion
3) Vision problems
4) Chest pain
5) Difficulty breathing
6) Irregular heartbeat
7) Blood in the urine
8) Pounding in your chest, neck, or ears

Dori: Is there any stage of Hypertension?
Fajri: yes, there are 2 stage of Hypertension.
Stage 1 hypertension. Stage 1 hypertension is a systolic pressure ranging from 130 to 139
mm Hg or a diastolic pressure ranging from 80 to 89 mm Hg.
Stage 2 hypertension. More severe hypertension, stage 2 hypertension is a systolic
pressure of 140 mm Hg or higher or a diastolic pressure of 90 mm Hg or higher.

Fajri: Eating a heart-healthy diet with less salt
Getting regular physical activity

Sofi: Maintaining a healthy weight or losing weight if you're overweight or obese and Limiting
the amount of alcohol you drink.
Dori: What causes hypertension to death? And how is the fatal condition of hypertension?
Fajri: Hypertension can cause enlargement of the heart or cardiomegali and impaired coronary
artery flow, which if left untreated will lead to risk of heart trouble or coronary heart disease and
finally death.
Dori: What Medicine can I use?
Fajri: You can use Thiazide diuretics. Diuretics, sometimes called water pills, are medications
that act on your kidneys to help your body eliminate sodium and water, reducing blood volume.
Dian: I have tomatoes, this can ease the symptoms.
