COMPLETE SERVICE

Servicing of a watch includes the complete overhaul as well as:

Traditional overhaul of the complete movement, incl. replacement of the needed
spare parts.

Cleaning of case and bracelet.

Establishment and checking of the waterproofness.

Replacement of crown and seal(s), ceramic crown excluded and will be charged
separately

For quartz watches: new battery.

Checking of the functions and regulating of the movement according to Rado
quality norms.

Postage charges: are not included in the repair prices

Warranty regulations on repairs:

Warranty period: 24 months only on executed work and exchanged spare parts.

Excluded from the repair warranty is the lifetime of the battery, normal wear and
tear and aging of leather- and rubber straps, damages on sapphire crystal
(breakage or chipping), all damages resulting from improper handling, accidents
and lack of care.
