You Cannot Have Guns or Firearms

You cannot own, have, possess, buy or try to buy, receive or try to receive, or otherwise get a gun while this Order
is in effect. If you do, you can go to jail and pay a $1,000 fine. You must sell to a Iicensed gun dealer or turn in to
police any guns or firearms that you have or control in accordance with item@ above. The court will require you
to prove that you did so. If you do not obey this Order, you can be charged with a crime.

This Order is effective when made. It is enforceable anywhere in all 50 states, the District olColumbia, all tribal
lands, and all U.S. tenitories and shall be enforced as if it were an order of that jurisdiction by any law enforcement
agency that has receiyed the Order, is shown a copy of the Order. or has verified its existence on the California Law
Enforcement Telecommunications System (CLETS). If the law enforcement agency has not received proof of
service on the restrained person. and the restrained person was not present at the court hearing, the agency shall
advise the restrained person of the terms of the Order and then shall enforce it. Violations of this Order are subject

I was never servgd a copy of this petition. I respectfully ask the court to deny this petition. I was informed of it
from law enforcement on I l-16-2010 from Lt. Raulston at Lancaster LASD.I was in contact with him for a
tbtlow up for Mr. Shaw violating the restraining order ( Exhibit A) protecting my son on l1-15-2010 by having
his 3 adult son's keep my son's home under surveillance. The Lieutenant stated Mr. Shaw told him he had a
TRO against me. My Son's Dad sent a memo to his work regarding this incident,(Exhibit B). I do not have any
contact with this man. My only knowledge of him is when my juvenile son was admittedly violating curfew
(Exhibit C) across the street from Mr. Shaw's home and Mr. Shaw severely beat him in the street for it in May
2010 (Exhibit D).Upon direction of Deputy Langdon at Lancaster LASD,I helped my Mother obtain a
restraining order to help keep her and the kids safe in May 2010. Upon service of the order in June 2010, Mr.
Shaw kicked me so incredibly hard he knocked me down Exhibil (E), I learned my lesson to stay away from
this volatile man. Upon advice from Detective Banks I had him served again by LASD here at the courthouse
October 05, 2010 when I was helping my friend in family law matter(Exhibit D. If I visit my family, I do not
enter the street from his end of the street. Therefore, I avoid all contact with this man. My Mother lives at the
other end of the street (Exhibit G&H). Mr. Shaw has violated his order on more than one occasion (Exhibit
I&$,keeping my family under constant surveillance (Exhibit K). I no longer go to my Mother for child care, in
fear for my children's safety at her home from this man. I do not harass or annoy him in anyway at all. I
currently do not even reside in the same county as him. I am currently awaiting approval from a law
enforcement job, which will force me to move more than 500 miles away"
