OBJECTS

Neutralized
After the baths of scouring and bleaching, neutralization is carried out with
acetic acid at 0.5 cc / L at 60 ° C, followed by hot rinsing.
Elimination of residual peroxide

MÉTHOD
• Samples:

• Conventional method
It begins with the heating of the chemical products of the pretreatment recipe
up to 100 ° C (to reduce the surface tension of the water and facilitate the
textile to submerge), the textile substrate is added maintaining it for 35 min.
For the elimination of the residual peroxide, the enzyme Catalasa 1 g / l
(Globolase OH-N) is used.
• Pretreatment method based on BLUE MAGIC
We work with an all-in-one bleach assistant for discontinuous alkaline
products. Bleaching with cotton peroxide and its blends with other fibers.
