c. Standard Operating Procedure.

2. In view of the above references,after thorough deliberation by the

Recruitment and Placement Board,the undersigned respectfully transmit to your
office the list of 350 qualified PNP applicants to be selected for oath taking. Enclosed
are the following pertinent documents related thereto:

a. Recruitment Board Resolution; TAB A

b. Result of Nuero-Psychiatric and Medical Examination; TAB B
c. Result of Background Investigation; TAB C
d. Final List of Qualified Applicant; TAB D
e. Other Documents. TAB E

3. Further the as approved by the Board the schedule for Oath Taking
Ceremony will be on December 5, 2015 at Parade ground Camp Alagar, Lapasan,
Cagayan de Oro City at 8AM in the same date. Anent, the necessary preparation for
the said activity had already been made. Attach herein are the following documents
for your signature and perusal as follows:
a. Invitation Letter for the GOHS; TAB F
b. Programme; TAB G
c. Letter to CSC; TAB H
d. Letter to NAPOLCOM; and, TAB I
e. Program of Expenditure. TAB J
