Maintenance Work Responsibilities

I have worked on different type of HART, loopcheck, trouble shooting and
calibration of various transmitters in pressure, temperature, level, flow,
control valves

Shut Down Work Responsibilities
 Testing, calibration, commissioning and servicing of all types field
instruments and lapping of control valves, on\off,shut off and
PSV.we removed control valves and Transmitters
 Overall checking in Wellhead control panel during shutdown period
Loop/ Function Test and Commission Work Responsibilities

 Exposures in work permit system and safety.

 Testing, calibration, commission and servicing of all types of field
instruments and control valves
 Commissioning of wellhead ssv and sssv by activating the remote
sov from wellhead control panel
 Closed loop test to conform the continuity of cables. During
loop\function test, simulated the process variables with hand held
communicator or from DCS in manual mode for HART.
 Check Lock\manually the operation and travel of control valves and
shutoff valves. Trouble shooting.
 Installation of Rotary encoder for to displaying RPM of motors by
using siemens PLC DVP-12SA2 .
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work well in a
team-environment or as an individual.
Erection Work Responsibilities

 Instrument termination and glanding according to instrument

loop diagram and instrument segment diagram
 Installing of different kinds of instrument according to P&ID
 Good experience as a loop checking co-ordinator and installing
of control panels, conduits or ladder, laying and termination of
instrument and system cables.
