What sets 7figureskills apart and how I build massively profitable online
business with High Ticket Dropshipping to the tune of $10 Million
annually in sales with multiple online stores (not to mention the
successful stores and revenue my clients and students generate when
they decide to work with me) is we focus on "Niche Specific"
eCommerce Stores. We want to be the best at one niche first, from
there we scale and build other "Niche Specific" Stores. We don't like
the Idea of General online stores or selling cheap products from China.
If you want to learn more about our High Ticket Launch System I
recommend after you go through this guide you attend my online free
training webinar i put together that walks you through my entire process
of "How my clients and I Launch Hyper profitable online stores in 30
days usually and earn $300 or more in profit from every single sale we
generate without any online experience".
WINNING NICHE METRICS
Price Point: With High Ticket we're looking to earn around
$100-$300 minimum in profit per sale that means the average price
of our niche should fall into a price range of: $500 to (no max, I've
had clients sell products as much as $35,000 before, online). Our
average profit margin we see is typically anywhere from 20% to
50% from the resell price.
Why Do We Want To Only Sell High Ticket Products?
I came from buying and selling restaurants and brick and mortar
businesses. What I learned and what I'm sure you can understand is
the same amount of work that would go into selling $10,000 restaurant,
went into selling a $1Million restaurant.
When I got into eCommerce I started off selling cheaper products from
Aliexpress. I build a store selling mens bracelets at an average price of
$20-$40 each. I found that I needed tons of traffic to convert to buyers
and make enough money to earn $10,000 per month in sales.
I decided I'd rather earn more profit from each sale and work with less
customers. I also decided I wanted to deal with customers that had
more disposable income to spend because I felt they wouldn't be
emailing or calling all the time. This all worked out to my advantage.
When I launched My first High Ticket eCom Store I hit $10K in my first
30 days in profit from just selling 16 products in that entire month. The
average price was $2,000 for my product.

After 4 years in the High Ticket eCommerce space I've learned that
there is an "ideal" customer that would regularly buy my products from
my Niche stores online. I've also learned that dealing with lower
income, or extremely wealthy buyers can be a hassle.
I'm mot knocking lower income people or very wealthy people but from
my experience they are harder to deal with. I was looking to build a
lifestyle business that gave me the freedom to enjoy my days, travel,
and spend time with my family. I didn't want my time allocated to
dealing with picky customers or people nervous about their $1,000
purchase because they maxed out their credit card to buy it.
The "Sweet spot" was people earning around $100k a year (This was
perfect because now I can run more specific ads online and save
money from being wasted on paid traffic I didn't want coming to my
store in the first place!)
The best part of my Ideal "Target Market" (e.g. my idea customer) when
I sold items on my store that cost $100 to $500 (yes i offer cheaper
products to complement my more expensive products) it was almost a
no-brainer for them to pull out their credit card and make the purchase.
I'll keep this part brief, although when researching Niches and products
within our niches to sell online we can easily come across High Ticket
products that meet our pricing metric but yet not be a "Winning Niche".
Why?
Many Niches that meet our price metric you'll find will be dominated by
"Big Brands". Let's use electronics more specifically let's say we want
to sell Cameras to photographers. Providing products to Photographers
is actually a really good niche but I wouldn't recommend you sell them
Cameras.
Cameras as a Niche can easily meet our price metric but Cameras as a
whole is dominated by large brands like Nikon, Sony, Nixon to name a
few... when people think of buying a Camera they will 9 out of 10 times
already know which brand they want. This is because these big brands
have invested billions of dollars in making sure consumers think of their
brand when they make a purchase.
You'll find working with these "big brands" is almost impossible when it
comes to Drop Shipping. Most won't be Drop Ship Friendly and if they
are they'll almost have zero incentive to give you a discount from the
resell price. This means you'll earn almost no profit.
In addition you'll face massive competition from big and small resellers
online and as a new High Ticket Drop Shipper you just don't have the
experience or budget to compete.
So we stay away from Niches that are dominated by Big Brands and go
with Niches that buyers won't really care what the brand is.
WINNING NICHE METRICS
Winning Niche Metric #4: Dropship Friendly Niches Only
You'll discover from each niche you research there are anywhere from a
handfull of suppliers to hundreds of suppliers. Unfortunately there are
some Niches that just aren't Drop Ship Friendly.
If you find a Niche and start calling on suppliers only to find out they
don't work with Drop Shippers or they only allow you to buy inventory in
bulk, this means the Niche although meets our first 3 Metrics doesn't
meet Metric #4 (e.g. it's not drop ship friendly)
