All students must study five subjects. Securing the minimum qualifying mark does not imoly, automatic admission to Grade 11 in any stream. v) Students will be offered seats in sections based on merit & availability and as per sections made, Please note requests for particular section will not be entertained. Page 1/2vi) The attached application form indicating both your first and second choices should be submitted to the respective Class Teacher on or before Monday, 11 February 2019. Please note it is mandatory to submit both the first and second choice so that the school can help a student in allotment of seat as per his 2% choice in case he does not meet the necessary requirement for the first choice submitted. vii) All matters regarding admissions depend on the direction of the Admission Committee and its decision shall be final. (Please note that the admission committee shall also look into the record of appropriate discipline of the student in school in making the final decision). vili) The first list of students who have been selected for the different streams in Grade 11 will be put up on ‘My Learning’ on Wednesday, 20" March 2019. ix) Students in the first list must confirm their seats by payment of the School fees of Grade 11, for the month of April by Sunday, 24" March 2019 and report to Grade 11 on Thursday, 4" April 2019. If the confirmation of the seat is not made through payment of fees for April 2019, students will lose their seat which will be offered to students in the waiting list. x) Please note that students whose names feature in the first list, but have not made the payment of the school fees of Grade 11 for the month of April by the due date Sunday, 24" March 2019 will not be given a seat after the 2” list is released and will forfeit their seat to the students whose names will appear in the 2 list which will be uploaded on My Learning on Tuesday, 26" March 2019. xi) [your ward’s name is not on the first list, please do not make a payment online with the intention of reserving a seat. This payment made will not confirm or guarantee your ward's seat, so please check carefully whether your ward’s name is on the first list, before payment of fees. The payment made will be. refunded to you in case your ward’s name does not appear on the 2" list as well and your ward does not take admission in our school. xii) Students whose names appear in the second list (due to forfeiting of seat by some students of the fist list) ‘must confirm their seat by payment of the school fees of Grade 11 for the month of April by Tuesday, 2 April 2019.
