WHEREAS, San Julian National High School (SJNHS) is a public school established in
1968 by the State offering junior and senior high school and is located at
Barangay San Julian Malasiqui, Pangasinan;
WHEREAS, the school has no existing Library to house the various textbooks,
workbooks, newspapers, journals, and other reading materials which are
essential to the learning needs of the junior and senior high school
students;
WHEREAS, in the previous school year, a classroom was converted into a Library to
accommodate the learning needs of our students. However, due to the
increase in enrolment which led to creation of additional sections in Grade
7 and Grade 8, the school administration was forced to convert the Library
back into a classroom;
WHEREAS, even with utmost effort, the school doesn’t have sufficient funds for the
construction of a Library;
WHEREAS, the SJNHS Faculty trust in the support of Honorable Governor Amado
“Pogi” I. Espino III to the educational sector , especially in providing the
learners, who are the future of our beloved province, the needed facilities
to support their learning activities and holistic development;
WHEREAS, upon proper motion of Mrs. Lynn M. Erediano duly seconded by Mr.
Alberto S. Chico, now be it;
RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved that the officers and members of the Faculty Club
of San Julian National High School herein assembled shall REQUEST
THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF PANGASINAN, THRU HON.
AMADO “POGI” I. ESOPINO III, GOVERNOR OF PANGASINAN, FOR

THE FUNDING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SCHOOL LIBRARY OF
SAN JULIAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Office of the
Governor and the Office of Sangguniang Panglalawigan of Pangasinan for
their information, guidance and most favorable consideration.
Done this 26th day of June, 2019 at San Julian National High School, San Julian,
Malasiqui, Pangasinan.
