SCHEDULE OF REGULAR, EXTRA CLASSES & LAST WORKING DAY

Classes in the campus during coming month will be held as follows:

 Regular Classes shall be held daily from Wednesday 13 Nov. 2019 during 09
PM to 2.30 / 2.15 PM for the respective batches as usual,
 Physical attendance in Additional classes daily during Monday - Friday 03 to 05
pm is compulsory only for the short (less than 75%) attendance students of
BA.LL.B. - Sem. I, III, V and LL.B. - Sem. I & III (Section A and B) only,

 As per our practice, every semester, we provide regular additional / extra classes
to BA.LL.B. - Sem. VII / IX & LL.B. - Sem. I & III (Section D) & LL.B. -
Sem. V. The same is re-scheduled from Wednesday 13 Nov. 2019 as per
schedule provided below. Regular classes during Sat. / Sun. will also be held as
per usual schedule for the respective batches until the last working days.

ODD SEM. CCS UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION - Dec. 2019

This is to inform you all that, BA.LL.B. Odd Semester CCS University Examinations will
be held as per DATESHEET ATTACHED. NO STUDENT WILL BE PERMITTED TO SIT
FOR THE END SEM. CCSUM EXAM. WITHOUT COMPLYING THE FOLLOWING:

 As per the approval rules and regulations of the CCS University Meerut. LL.B. and
BA.LL.B. all Semester students must have 75% attendance during the
ongoing semester. All those students having less than 75% minimum attendance
are directed to do the following;

EMPLOYABILITY through DISCIPLINE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ENDURANCE

 o Physical attendance in Regular classes,
o Physical attendance in Additional classes daily during 03 to 05 pm, as
per this notice of respective batches on specific days and dates,
o All the excused attendance for participation in any curricular, co-
curricular or extra-curricular activities shall be added only after
attaining 66% minimum physical class attendance, the same shall be
done latest by Friday 22 Nov. 2019,
 Not filled & Submitted the Online Odd Semester CCS University Examination Form
within the timeline,

 Not filled and submitted the Online Examination NOC of a regular student on the
Lloyd College ERP system,
 No cases of ‘Indiscipline’ pending against the applicant in the law college, anyone
who have been marked three or more than three ‘Indiscipline – I’ in the ongoing
semester classes, Exam. NOC will not be approved,

 Clearance of all previous and current college dues, transport dues, previous semester
book bank (not returned),

IMPORTANT NOTE: NO STUDENT WILL BE PERMITTED TO SIT FOR THE END

SEM. CCSUM EXAM. WITHOUT ATTAINING THE MANDATORY MINIMUM
ATTENDANCE.

SCHEDULE OF COMMENCEMENT OF EVEN SEM. REGULAR CLASSES:

Regular classes for the BA.LL.B. - Even Sem. 2019-20 shall commence as per the
following schedule. Last working day in the Even Sem. shall be 30 April 2020 for all.

shall be held as per usual schedule.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All the timelines of the next semester for the LL.B. students will be

CCSUM.
