and read the quotation that I will flash
on screen. Then, give your insights
about it.

“If I were to name the three most

precious resources of life, I should
say books, friends, and nature; and
the greatest of these, at least the
most constant and always at hand is
nature”. - John Burroughs (American
Naturalist, 1837-1921)

Kindly read it aloud Mae Shane.

The student will read the quotation.
Thank you Mae Shane.

Now, can someone explain the

meaning of the quotation? Ma’am for me it tells about that
nature is the most important possession we
have because we can always rely on it.
Nature is easily accessible.

Great answer!
It is important that we value nature. Our
nature provides us with the food we eat, the air
we breathe, the water we irrigate or crops with.
Simply, without our nature, we will not be able to
survive.
Book, friends, and nature are the most
precious resources of life. We can obtain many
things from these but among these three
according to Albert Einstein the greatest is
nature, we will leave this world but nature will still
be here.

struggled and they were very poor. They
continually moved to find a way to make ends
meet. He started working by selling newspapers
when he was only 10 years old to help
supplement the family’s income. He was a work
