Good morning everyone. I am MARIA PAULA ARRIVAS your trainer in HOUSEKEEPING NCII. Welcome to

Good afternoon trainees, since you are all here you are going to perform the task using task sheet in
PROCEDURES in Housekeeping. And later you are going to compare your performance to tea PERFORMANCE
criteria checklist. Please be reminded that while working wear your PPE, practice the occupational health and
safety precautions in the workplace, observe the 5’s and the do’s and don’ts. I will be back at 2:30 to check your
activity.

Good afternoon, Ms. --------, welcome to the Institutional Assessment Area for your Institutional
Assessment. It’s now time for me to assess you. Are you ready? Ok!

I will be observing you while you are performing the tasks within one (1) hour and (30) minutes. You will
