3 Significance of the study

Significance of the study is a part of the introduction of a thesis.

It should determine who benefits from the study and how that specific audience will benefit from
its findings.

The anti-bullying program is said to be the most powerful program a

School or a country could implement because it helps the people in it especially the kids and
adults. Anti-bullying creates peace in a certain place or a certain country. It also creates peace in
the mind of a person who already experienced bullying. This program helps the people especially
the students to prevent adverse impact for achievement and illegal antisocial in adulthood. This
will let the school adopt policies to address the existence of bullying.

The focus of anti-bullying curriculum should be on changing the climate

Of the school so that students understand that inclusiveness with an emphasis on learning should
be fostered. It is very important for a student especially high school to let them entirely know
the concepts of bullying. Implementation of this curriculum will ensure the consistency of the
school’s policy. All should be educated as to the definition of bullying and steps to take to
address it. Stakeholders include all school staff: teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, food
service workers, office staff, and administration. Additional stakeholders include: students,
parents, community leaders and the business owners where students frequent. The School shall
also educate parents and guardians about bullying, its effects, the anti-bullying policies of the
School, and how such parents or guardians can provide support in imparting upon their charges
the gravity of bullying, and to reinforce the policies of the School. The School shall provide the
students and their parents or guardians with copies of these policies, which shall likewise be
included in the student and employee manual of the School.

It spreads easily because of the modern technology. In this study we will also tackle the
effectiveness of anti-bullying programs even if it is over the internet the internet users will also
benefit from this study and will make their life much easier.

The study of the researchers focuses the implementation and on how a

School will be more consistent for it. The researchers may provide different ways of
implementing and ways to make it more fun for it to become educational and enjoyable. This
study will contribute to decrease the level of bullying cases in the world specially here in the
Philippines. The study will be a great mind opener to everyone that this is not just bullying, this
is a problem where every student’s life is at risk. Small or big violence to others should be
notified as bullying. The researchers will be the instrument to answer what limits it effectiveness
to others that can led fo everyone to be more focused in bullying.

The benefit of this study will help everyone and the school organization to
Have a peaceful environment while promoting positive behavior to each and every one. It may
also help to develop the social skills of the students in a school and let them be academically
active in all aspects. This study would also give a contributions to make an anti-bullying program
more effective and meaningful to each and every one.
