You can say information or some information, but never informations.

Information is what is sometimes called a collective noun. It is understood to
be plural already, so we dont add an -s. [This true in English. In other
languages, such as Portuguese, it is common to add an -s. But we NEVER say or write
informations in English.]

Examples:

The receptionist was full of useful information.

Could you give me some information, please?

Yes! Despite all the protestations you hear from Big Tech, there is a simple
privacy law that makes sense without destroying the tech industry. Let me explain,
but first, for context if youre unfamiliar, you should know that DuckDuckGo (my
company) has a vision to raise the standard of...(Continue Reading)

There must be some background reason for why you are asking this question the way
you are, but Im not aware of the cause. I am not familiar with some informations
although it might be a form in some particular situations. As far as I know, it is
incorrect. One could say some information or just information. You might be
thinking of data and datum where you would say just datum (singular) or some data
(plural), but informations is not used like data.

Some informations sounds very foreign. We just say information in English. You
single yourself out as foreign-born using bad English. I tutor a number of foreign
students who have language issues like this one. My goal is for them to write and
speak just like a native-born English-language speaker does. You may want to find
someone to help you, too.

Some information rather than some informations, or just information, but this isnt
as descriptive as some information.

Information is a group noun. You can have a bit of information, add more
information and have lots of information but it is never informations.

(unless it was being used, probably incorrectly,as a placeholder noun, such as in

the train information meaning an announcement at a station when someone might
then say the train informations, but this is not very good grammar, nor very
common)
