Nurse : Mr. A (45 years old) come in to the general room

Mr. A and his wife : Yes, Nurse
Nurse : Please sit Sir, Ma’am. (Mr. A and his wife sit down).
What do you feel now, Sir ?
Mr. A : I have chest pain lately and a coughing that doesn’t go away and then
bleeds
Nurse : Have you never experienced this before, Sir ?
Mr. A : Never been, Nurse.
Nurse : Okay. Let me check your blood pressure first
Mr. A : Yes, Nurse.
Nurse : Your husband’s blood pressure is low, Ma’am.
Mr. A’s wife : Oh no
Nurse : What is your husband’s appetite decreased lately, Ma’am ?
Mr. A’s wife : Yes, Nurse. He now has no appetite and not to mention the continuous
weight loss
Nurse : Well, after this you can meet the doctor
Mr. A and his wife : Thank you, Nurse

Doctor : Mr. A
Mr. A and his wife : Yes, Doc.
Mr. A’s wife : Is my husband okay, Doc ?
Doctor : Your husband’s current condition refers to several diagnoses of the
disease. But certainly, I need your husband’s lung x-ray to be able to
 make a definite diagnosis. Are you and your husband willing ? If you
are willing, please sign this informed consent sheet.
Mr. A and his wife : Yes, Doc.
Doctor : If the results come out, please bring it back here Sir, Ma’am.
Mr. A and his wife : Yes, Doc.

Radiology staff : Mr. A (45 years old) come in to the radiology room
Mr. A : Yes, Sir
Radiology staff : Oke, Sir. Our x-ray photo procedure starts. First, please take off your
clothes and go shirthless, Sir.
Mr. A : Yes, Sir.
Radiology staff : Here I explain the X-ray photo procedure, your body will lean back
here (pointing to the machine pictured) after I give the command, you
are expected to breath, if you can understand it?
Mr. A : (Nods)
Radiology staff : Now you lean first, Sir. Take a breath now, Sir. Oke. Finish, Sir.
Please wear your clothes again then wait for the results to come out,
Sir.
Mr. A : Oke, Sir.

Radiology staff : Mr. A (45 years old) come in to the radiology room
Mr. A : Yes, Sir
Radiology staff : Oke, Sir. This is the result of your x-ray photo, Sir.
Mr. A : Oke, Sir. Thank you

Mr. A : (Gives the results of x-rays to the doctor)

Doctors : Previously I apologized for hiving to deliver this bad news, Sir,
Ma’am. From your complaints and the result of yor x-ray photos, you
were diagnosed with lung cancer.
Mr. A and his wife : (Shocked)
Mr. A’s wife : What should my husband do, Doc?
Doctors : In the meantime, your husband can do chemotherapy, Ma’am
Mr. A : I agree, Doc.
Doctors : Hopefully this therapy can reduce symptoms or even kill cancer
cells in your lungs. I will arrange a schedule for chemotherapy later,
Sir.
Mr. A and his wife : Thank you very much, Doc
