Quarter: FIRST QUARTER

Content Standard:
Content Standard: The learner demonstrates understanding of how world literature and
other texts types serve as ways of expressing and resolving personal conflicts, also how to use
strategies in linking textual information, repairing, enhancing communication public speaking,
emphasis markers in persuasive texts, different forms of modals, reflexive and intensive
pronouns.
Performance Standard: The learner composes a short but powerful persuasive text using a
variety of persuasive techniques and devices.

 Determine how connected events contribute to the totality of the material viewed

Introduction
A. Motivation Technique
- Concept Map
Ask the students to make a concept map of the word “God”
- Interpret Me
Students will be asked about their interpretation of the title “God sees the truth, but
waits”.

B. Transitions/linking statements
- God sees everything, even the most secret things that we’re doing and we’ve done.
Everything will be revealed in His designed time.
- The story for this week would reveal to us what faith really means and how faithful God
is.

Students will brainstorm ideas based on the questions on A, B, and C.
