Rules and Regulations

Do’s:

1. All students must remember that it is a study tour & not a picnic. Hence students
will have to produce a documented portfolio after the tour.
2. Students can carry minimum Rs 1,000 and maximum Rs 10,000.
3. Decency and dignity should be maintained in apparels.
4. Carrying college Identity card & govt. photo id (Aadhar card or driving license) is
compulsory.
5. As there is no provision of coolie in tour, kindly carry minimum luggage.
6. Maintain the discipline and use proper language.
7. Do not carry expensive belongings.
8. Keep primary medicines with you which you are familiar with.
9. Relatives can meet only in common lobby of the hotel.
10. Carry water bottles.
11. All the destinations of the tour are final & kindly do not request to change it.
12. Follow the reporting time: Indore railway station 10:00 pm.
13. Carry necessary stationary: A3 size sketchbook, pencils (2b, 4b, 2h and 6b),
eraser, cutter, backing pad, diary of proper size for documentation, fountain pen
or ball pen, colors and staedtler or charcoal pencils.

Don’ts:

1. Entry in other student’s rooms will be prohibited after 10:00 pm in hotel.

2. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Do not carry any such
items.
3. During the tour students will not be allowed to visit any cousin or relatives place.
4. Students cannot leave tour in between & cannot take night out.
5. Do not exchange your berth with any other passenger in train.
