DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This deed made and executed by BENJAMIN R. ALLEGADO JR., of legal age, Married,
Filipino, with residence at Brgy. 19 Masintoc, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, hereinafter called the Vendor
in favor of JESSA MAY LAGAMAN ALLEGADO, of legal age, Single, with residence at Brgy.
19 Masintoc, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, hereinafter called the Vendee.

WITNESSETH

That, for and consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 50, 000.00)
Philippine currency, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge from the VENDEE to the entire
satisfaction of the VENDOR said VENDOR does hereby sell, transfer, and convey, in a manner
absolute and irrevocable, unto said VENDEE, her heirs and assigns, that certain motor vehicle
more particularly described as follows;

that the VENDOR shall defend the rights of the VENDEE against the lawful claims of any person
whomsoever.
