9 MINUTES OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE BULO HUGPONG MULTI SECTORAL
10 ASSOCIATION, HELD AT BURUBUR, BULO, TABUK CITY ON FEBRUARY 24, 2019 AT 9:00 AM.

13 The meeting was chaired temporarily by Mrs. Eliza Dangiwan and before the Agenda was presented,
14 she requested Mrs. Marvilyn Bayangan, to give an opening prayer.

16 Mrs. Dangiwan, read and presented the prepared Agenda, the first Agenda is the name of the
17 association, which is the BULO HUGPONG MULTI SECTORAL ASSOCIATION named by Sir Tizon, the
18 National Chairman of Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines.

20 After which, Mrs.Dangiwan presented the second Agenda which is the election of the first set of regular
21 officers.
22 There were 3 candidates nominated namely: Mr. Joseph Dangiwan Jr., Mrs. Delia Aggulin, Mrs.
23 Martisa Bala-is. The Election was done through raising of hands, Mr. Dangiwan garnered 28 votes, Mrs.
24 Aggulin got 15 votes, Mrs. Balais got 25 votes.

26 Mr. Dangiwan chaired the table and continued the election of the other officers. The Vice President
27 down to Sgt. At Arms was done with single nomination duly seconded and approved by all the members.
28 Then, the results were as follows:

38 Mr. Dangiwan presented the Third agenda which is the Ratification of the Constitution and By-Laws.Mr.
39 Dangiwan explained and discussed the draft constitution and by-laws, after discussing, the body agreed
40 to adopt and ratified the constitution and by-laws.

42 There were no other matters to be discussed, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 pm.
