HUGPONG FEDERAL MOVEMENT OF THE PHILIPPINES INC., A mass movement advocating

federalism, and reform agenda of the President, in scheduled to have a municipal summit on
federalism at BALANTOY BALBALAN Sunday at 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The participants will be coming
from all the municipalities of the province, as well as officers of HUGPONG FEDERAL, and other guest
from our NATIONAL OFFICE IN DAVAO.

HUGPONG FEDERAL movement at present is purely a civic and volunteer group, and as we
respectfully in need of transportation during this event, may we request your good office for one
vehicle to cater our members of HUGPONG FEDERAL MOVEMENT of the PHILIPPINES to and from
the said Municipality.
