the Philippines Incorporated in the Barangay of DAO-ANGAN HUGPONG MULTI SECTORAL
ASSOCIATION, Barangay Dao-angan, Balbalan , Kalinga Province, CAR.
This group belongs to the indigent families of the said barangay and volunteers under
the Hugpong Federal Movement of the Philippines in the campaign on federalism.
