1 Breaking and removing existing tile / kota / marble flooring on 2400 Sq ft
floor with its mortar bedding till mother slab. Same to be
dispose from site premises. With satisfaction of EIC.

2 Providing and fixing of 18mm thk. granite on flooring as per 2400 SFT
approved sample in pattern as per detailed drawings in
cement paste in 1:3 (1unit cement and 3 units river sand) The
rate should be inclusive of surface preparation, cleaning joints
and grouting them with expandable grout of MYK LATICRETE
(make) or equivalent in matching colour to match shade of the
tile. Tile shall be free from any other colour & size variation.
(Cladding to have edges as per direction and approval of the
Architect; cladding works to be erected in proper plumb/line
and level(s) ; all cladding works to have the required quantity
of in-fill material(s), to ensure negation of any hollow spaces
within, after completion of works; any discrepancies, noticed
subsequent to completion of such works shall be rectified, as
per Architect's instructions, at the sole risk and responsibility of
the relevant contracting agency.) (Basic rate Rs.285/- per Sft)

3 P/F 6mm SS “T” profile of 304 grade finished in brush gold 175 RFT
finish laid in granite flooring as per the approved finish etc.
complete.

4 Demolition of gypsum false ceiling & removal of debris,shifting 2400 sft

outside premises

5 Providing and fixing in position Gypsum Board False Ceiling 2400 Sq.ft
as per manufacturer's specifications and instructions with 12
mm thick `Gypboard' Screw-fixed to the underside of
suspended G.I as per manufacturer's instructions and as per
specifications using Original Co. Specified Framework
Sections G.I.24 gauge The Gypboard should be fixed to G.I.
The `Gypboard ' to be used should be 12.5mm thick tapered
edge boards. The boards should be taped and filled from
underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should
include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate
channels openings for light fixtures, vertical drops, offsets. etc.
Additional intermediate channels should be fixed to strap
hangers for additional support to prevent strap hangers from
buckling/swaying at every 1200 mm. Item to be completed in
all respector drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally
the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush
look which includes filling as finishing the tapered and square
edges of the boards with jointing compound, paper tape and
framework for electrical fittings, A/C diffusers, and/or any other
cutouts, trap doors, wooden shadow battens (hollock wood,
black enamel painted - 25x40mm) at wall peripheries and
ends, etc complete including opening to be made for AC grills,
light fittings, trap door etc. (The quoted rate shall be inclusive
of suspenders at all heights. Measurements will be taken of
plan area only, cost to include of all profiles shapes and cut
outs of required sizes wherever mentioned by Engineer in
charge or Architect) Vertical panel made out of ply for AC Unit
supports at End and wherever required.

6 P/A of 3 coats of Luster paint of approved colour and shade to 2400 SFT
gypsum ceiling ghly sand papering surfaces to remove dust,
dirt etc. and repairing dents, cracks, holes with POP to achieve
level surface and finishing with two coats of primer, putty and
three coats of paint induding cost of material, labour,
scaffolding etc. all complete and as directed by the EIC. Rate
to indude application at all heights and levels, surfaces and
textures. EICs approval required after each coat. Samples to
be submitted to the EIC for approval."

7 Providing & Fixing Openable Trap Door Shutters for Access in 72 SFT
ceiling in19mm thk marine ply finished with egg white unicore
laminate on both sides, with brass hinges of 75 x 18 x 18mm,
on Sal wood framework etc. Complete.

cut-outs to be Screws used for fixing to have flat heads and
finished in similar gold shade as per aluminium section. Etc.

10 Providing & fixing aluminium 'L' angle finished in anodized 500 RFT
section 50 x 50 in bronze shade on the ceiling as shown in the
drawing, Screws to be used used for fixing to have flat heads
and finished in similar gold shade as per aluminium section.

11 Providing all the required consumables ,fabricating, fixing 500 kg

structural steel work , , complete using M S sections I Beam,
Channels Angles, Plates etc as per drawings, hoisting & fixing
on and at the required location including all allied works such
as cutting, welding , grinding scaffolding all tools & Tackles,
safety arrangement, safety gears, shifting of material to all
required lead & Lift etc complete.. Rate is inclusive of
preparation of Shop drawing, All; structural steel should
confirm to IS 2062 : 1999, All the welds shall be 6mm Fillet
Cont all around of shape and conform to IS
816,819,1024,1261,9595 As applicable All Welding electrodes
shall conform to IS 814(Part-1 & 11)1974 a)IS 1395-1971 As
applicable b)Welding electrode should be Min.3mm & 5mm dia
and manufactured by ADOR,NODE or Equivalent. Surface
preparation by Power brushing by power tool followed by one
coat of Rustocap- Asian paints- make 2 pack self priming
epoxy, epoxy minimum 50 microns followed by two coats of 2
pack Polyurethane- Asian paints make- Apcodur CF-674 or
675, DFT 35 micron each coat, rate including of all required
material, labour and scaffolding etc. complete as directed by
EIC.. note MS materials shall be of SAIL , JSW , RINL , TATA
make. Manufacturers test certificates required for all MS
materials. Welding test to be carried out before painting from
agency suggested by us.
