SCHOOL UNIFORM AND PERSONAL ATTIRE

1. The school uniform must be worn with respect and dignity. Only pupils wearing the prescribed uniform
will be allowed to enter the school premises and the classroom.
2. Male pupils should enter the campus properly groomed and in decent attire. Leather or rubber shoes
are allowed only during P.E.
3. All pupils are required to wear properly the standard school uniform on all school days except during
P.E. and during SUMMER classes. The standard school uniform for female students ( see picture), and
black shoes. Likewise, the standard school uniform for male students is white polo and khaki (brown)
trousers and plain black or brown leather shoes. (Male students are not allowed to wear sandals during
P.E. and summer classes).
4. In the event that the student is unable to wear the prescribed uniform by reason of force majeure (fire,
flood etc.) or exigency of the situation, the following must be complied with, before entering the campus
4.1. A letter from the parent stating the occurrence of such force majeure or exigency of the situation
shall be presented to the guard for approval by the Principal.
4.2 After due assessment as to the veracity of the reasons cited, a uniform exemption slip form
shall be granted by the Principal to the student for a prescribed period of the time as the latter may
deem fit.
4.3. Other analogous circumstances such as incomplete wearing of uniform (wearing of sandals,
slippers etc.) by reason of feet injury, shall be subjected to verification by the physician or nurse.
The Physician or the Nurse may indicate therein, the projected number of days for recuperation.
This will be the basis of the Principal in issuing the exact number of days within which a student
may be allowed to wear sandals, slippers, and the like.
IDENTIFICATION CARDS
1. The Office of Student Affairs issues an identification card to all bona fide students validated every
semester during enrollment.
2. Students are required to wear their Ids at all times while inside the campus. Security guards are under
instruction to check students’ Identification cards at all entry points of the school.
3. Lost ID cards may be replaced after submission of an affidavit of loss.
4. A lost or destroyed ID must be replaced immediately. Dilapidated IDs are to be surrendered to the Office
of Student Affairs for replacement, after payment of the same shall have been made.
5. Only bona fide students with valid I.D. cards may use the library and other school facilities.
6. All identification cards must be surrendered to the Office of Student Affairs after graduation or upon
withdrawal from the University.
7. The school ID is non-transferable. Any form of tampering, defacement, unauthorized use, or lending to
others is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation, revocation, or disciplinary action.
