INTRODUCTION:

 A research problem is a question that a

researcher wants to a answer or a
problem that a researcher wants to solve
.identification and formulation of a
research problem is the first step of the
research process .
 It is believed that selection of a good
research problem is a discovery in itself .
DEFINITION

According to Ker linger ,A

problem is an interrogative
sentence or statement that asks
what relation exists between
two or more variables The
answer to questions will provide
what is having sought in the
research .
IDENTIFICATION OF RESEARCH
PROBLEM

 Identification of a research problem is the

first and most important step in research
process
 A, broad area is selected and then broad
topic delimited or narrowed down to a
specific one sentence statement of the
problem .its very difficult and and
challenging and needs lots of time .

DEVELOPING & REFINING RESEARCH PROBLEM :

1:SELECTION A TOPIC : According to researcher interst the topic
should be selected based on current need .
2; NARROWING THE TOPIC: Single specific topic is selected
Eg: In diabetes mellitus any / aspect is taken for research .
3: SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PROBLEM :meaning ,influence and
cause for those problem
4;RESEARCH ABILITY OF THE PROBLEM :Whether this problem can
be conducted or not .
5:FEASIBILITY OF ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM
6: TIME & TIMINING : Time duration needed to complete the work
timing when it is conduct research ,which month year,

to study or carry out research .

,supplies cost .
It include equipment cost ,printing duplicate cost ,paper
peer group ,computer .video ,audio lab fees ,transportation cost
