Find the SLOPE-INTERCEPT FORM of a line when given ANY two points on the line?

3 STEP PROCESS: Given two points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) on a line

Step 1: FIND the SLOPE of line: m  (REDUCE FRACTIONS!!!!)
