AFFIDAVIT

I, JEFFERSON O. JABILLES, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of

10 Adona CMPP, Gladiola St., Buhangin, Davao City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state, that:

1. I am the person who caused this affidavit to be made;

2. That the above real property is an awarded area by DAR which does
not exceed five (5) hectares;

3. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR memo No. 1

series of 1989 as well as other laws and guidelines for the
implementation of the DAR program and to further state that I only
own an area not more than 5 hectares.
