What is Hospice Care? Hospice care is caring for terminal illness who have less than 6 months to live.

The Care ensure that the patient is comfortable in the last day of their life. The care prolong the life of
Terminal ill patient. The Disadvantage of Hospice care is the care itself. Nurses spend their time caring
for the patient before they die. There will be a sense of attachment towards the patient. The loss can be
felt and it will be difficult to cope with. Managing the sadness of losing a person while remaining
professional as their caretaker can be extremely challenging The second disadvantage is the Ethical
Issues , The ethical issue that nurses faces on the job, what might be best medically for the patient could
go against their ethical code and patient wants might break the ethical code of the nurse required to
perform the task. If I will be Caring a terminal ill Patient , I will be mentally prepared, It is hard to let go
when their time comes, It’s needs courage to provide a care to a ill patient. I should have a effective
coping mechanism to deal with the one’s loss. And I will counsel and guide their loved ones
