Future Researchers. This will serve as their basis on how to conceptualize and

make a study; as their guideline on how to write a study; as a sample output for their future

researches and give them some ideas presented in this study.

Conceptual Framework of the Study

The figure 1 shows the inputs needed by the researchers to initiate the study such

as (1) knowledge requirements, (2) software requirements, and (3) hardware requirements.

It also shows the ideal process for developing the system to generate the output.

CHAPTER II
REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE AND STUDIES
This chapter presents the reviewed literature and studies which directly relevant to

the development of the study.

Topic 1

According to Camus (2017), write and minimize the paragraph, include only the

portion which you used for your system or study. Don’t forget to paraphrase the content

(isasalin sa sariling ninyong pagkakaintindi, hindi copy-paste) and Clamor (2017) also

stated that you should acknowledge the Author/s with Year. Arrange the articles

chronologically, from latest to oldest. Only the articles from 2010 – 2017 are accepted.

Topic 2

Subtopic 1

All the required studies you needed must be presented in this chapter.

Aldave (2017).

Subtopic 2

Based on Castillo (2016), ang paglalagay ng author ay pwedeng nasa unahan. Also,

according to the thesis of Tuscano (2015), pwede rin ito ilagay sa kalagitnaan ng paragraph

paulit ulit yung pag gamit ng “according to”, “based on” at iba pang introductory words,

Zabala (2014).

Topic 3

Gallego (2013) once stated on his website that ang paglalagay ng authors’ name ay

naipublished yung kanilang article mapa-aklat man ito, website, TV commercial o ibang

a. Author’s name

b. Retrieval date

c. What kind of reference

d. Date published

e. Publisher name or Link/Site Address

Topic 4

On the website of www.

operating system (Jellybean, Kitkat, Nougat, Kamote)

5. Add more if necessary.

Evaluation Procedure

The following are the procedures used to evaluate the system.

1. Preliminary Evaluation

a. Preliminary evaluation of the researcher on the expected output was

conducted.

2. Project Demonstration

a. 50 randomly selected students of OMSC Mamburao Campus, 25

employees of Provincial Capitol of Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro, 15

Grade 5 pupils of HOSEA Christian School, five (5) IT faculty and five

(5) IT experts were formally invited for the evaluation of the developed

system.

b. Present the system.

c. Asked the invited respondents to operate the system and observe the

performance.

3. Final Evaluation

a. The evaluation instruments were distributed among 100 respondents.

b. Asked the respondents to rate the system based on the criteria of the

evaluation instrument and asked them to provide their comments,

suggestions and recommendations using the five-point Likert scale

presented in Table 1.
4. Statistical Treatment

a. Collected the graded evaluation instruments from the respondents.

b. Tabulated, calculated, and interpreted the results of the conducted

system evaluation.

Table 1. Likert scale, descriptive rating and range distribution.

Scale Descriptive Rating Range Distribution
5 Excellent 4.51 - 5.50
4 Very Good 3.51 - 4.50
3 Good 2.51 – 3.50
2 Fair 1.51 – 2.50
