TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESES PRESENTS:

This DEED is entered into in the City of Digos by and between:

RICHARD T. CUAMBOT, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to SYLVIA A.

CUAMBOT and a resident of Panaglib, Kiblawan, Davao del Sur, hereinafter
referred to as the TRANSFEROR;
And

RUTCHELL C. CORONADO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married and resident

of San Jose, Kiblawan, Davao del Sur, hereinafter referred to as the
TRANSFEREE;
WITNESSETH:

That the TRANSFEROR is the actual possessor and occupant of a parcel of land
by virtue of a ___________________ consisting of SIXTEEN THOUSAND (16,000sqm.),
more or less;

That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
(P250,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by the Transferee,
I, by these presents do herby TRANSFER AND CONVEY my rights over the above-
described parcel of land to the Transferee, his heirs and assigns, free and clear of all
liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this __ day of ______ in the

Municipality of Kiblawan, Davao del Sur, Philippines.
