I.

INTRODUCTION

TEACHING PROFESSION is the profession that feed every child mind with a knowledgeable
and productive learning. 7 Philosophy of Education ESSENTIALISM (significant, important, needed
and valuable), PROGRESSIVISM (learner centered, experience and methods), PERRENIALISM
(ideas and universal truth), BEHAVIORISM (modification and favorable environment),
EXISTENTIALISM (essence and intellect & will), LINGUISTIC PHILOSPHY (Language and
communication), CONSTRUCTIVISM (Imtrensically & strategies). Values and Formation the idealist
and relativist and values can be taught and caught. Behavioral dimension (cognitive, affective and
behavioral). Value formation is a training of the intellect and will formation of ideas, judgement and
reasoning. The foundational principles of morality. Foundational Moral Principles (Principle,
natural Law). Religious views on morality (Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Muslim). Teacher as a
person of good moral the code of ethics. Four Ways of Describing Good (Moral Character)” Being
fully human ““Being a loving person” “Being a virtuous person” “Being a morally mature person”.
The 7 Domains collectively comprise 37 strands (DOMAIN 1: content knowledge and pedagogy),
(DOMAIN 2: learning environments), (DOMAIN 3: Diversity or learner), (DOMAIN 4: curriculum
and planning), (DOMAIN 5: assessment and reporting), (DOMAIN 6: Community linkages and
Professional Engagement), (DOMAIN 7: Personal Growth and Professional Development). Four
Stages of Teaching Profession (1. Beginning Teacher), (2. Proficient Teacher), (3. Highly Proficient),
(4. Distinguish Teacher). Four Cluster of 21st Century Skills (Teaming, Collaboration, Interpersonal
Skills, Local national & global oriented, Interactive communication). Learning & Innovation Skills(
creativity, curiosity, critical thinking, risk taking). Information, media and technology skills (visual
literacies, Media literacy, Basic scientific, economic & technological literacy, Multi-cultural literacy).
Life and career skills (flexibility, responsibility, cross cultural skills, self-direction). 7 Survival Skills
(The world is flat, Work and Citizenship, Agility and Adoptability, Initiative and Entrepreneurialism,
Effective and Written communication, Accessing & analyzing information, Curiosity and
Imagination). The TEACHERS, PARENTS AND THE COMMUNITY (PARENTS the first teacher in the
home), ( PARENTS strengthening the valuable personal traits and characteristics initially
developed), ( COMMUNITY uplifting of the moral and quality of life in their own locality).
II. WHAT I HAVE LEARNED (SUMMARY)

I learned that Teaching Profession is one of the noble job. And the values and
etiquettes is also a really important on teaching profession. And in teaching profession we
must have a philosophy of education to give a direction and truth of education and also a
compass of our goal on teaching and share a knowledge to our beloved students and also to
enhance or develop more their knowledge and skills. And to equipped the students to
intrensict to adequately students and values are cultivation of affectivity, leading the
Educator through EXPOSURE to an EXPERIENCE of value and of the valuable. And the
values we are not desame because there are some traits that we are differently showing or
applying it. And we have so called IDEALIST this is the unchaging and universal values like
for example love, care and concern we all give love and concern to our family, friends and
love ones and with the community we belong. And the RELATIVIST relativist is the values
that can be taught or values that can be change for example the behavior of mellineals
nowadays is getting worst they didn’t care anymore about might say about the things that
they’ve doing and we are scolding them they also shout back minute, hours and day by day
kids are really changing about their attitude and values that their parents taught them. The
values formation is training the intellect and will of individual to enlighten by the what is
true and develop the intellect formation of ideas, judgement and reasoning so in this we are
been taught to use our intellect on formulating our perception about different things. And
according to MAX SCHELER HIERARCHY OF VALUES there are three the pleasure values
(sensual feelings and vitality), spiritual values (grasped in spiritual arts of preferring loving
and hating) and values holy (belief and accoration). Foundation Moral Principles the
natural law this law that been by human “Do good and Avoid evil”. Religious views on
Morality (Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Muslim) but I do believe that even if we have
different religions we all desame in eyes of God that we believe in. We should been practice
the good character in our life it can help us to be in good terms on socializing with others
not just that and also to our family and friends. And lastly I learned that being a future 21st
educator I must be a productive and give more knowledgeable things that can help my
students to boost up and enhance their knowledge and skills. And I will do my best to
impart my knowledge to them by being a 21ST technology teacher.

IV. Suggestions/ Recommendation for improvement of the process.
