Hereby quotation for our own designed simplified sand screen as requested during our call.
Denoting that our screen is very simple and easily maintained with high productivity
 Feeding hopper
 Is used to collect material fed from wheel loader and is designed to fit the maximum wheel loader
bucket width 3500mm and is made of 5 mm steel 37 sheet with flanged edge as shown and extra
reinforcement for the hoper.
 Feed hopper riggers is made from RHS100X100X4mm.
 Base plates of mild steel plates 150X150X8mm.

 Belt conveyors
 Our special design for feeding belts is as shown made of cold formed 37 steel sheet with thickness 4mm
with double edge flange for better chaises reinforcement as shown with c channels 3 mm transom
bracket with separation distance of 700 mm for more stable performance .

 Also head drum with big diameter to reduce slipping and decreasing of friction
yet long life for the belt and better material conveying which is designed according to CEMA (conveyor
equipment manufacturing association) as shown fig 2.
 Feeding belt width is 650mm width chevron belt with Max. Inclination of 28 degrees for better
performance.
 Transom bracket is designed according to CEMA. As shown @45 degrees side rollers for better material
handling.

 300-3 WAM vibrator will be used for screening in form of pulses but main
screening operation will be done by gravity.
 Our design is very simple and easy for maintenance wise.
 Very high production rate until 120 tons/hr.

Total price for above sand screen is 225,000 EGP

 Installation at your site.
 All civil sketches within five days from day of down payment.

 All civil work and main electric supply up to main panel
 All cranes and equipment required for installation.

1 year from day of production
Payment method:
 25% down payment.
 20%after a month
 20% after manufacturing
 35% after installation
