COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

I, MARVIN IKE B. CIMAFRANCA, herein Plaintiff and the herein Defendant

(AILA MARAMBA), have come to an agreement to amicably settle the instant
case with the following terms and conditions:

1. That herein Defendant admits that she is indebted to the Plaintiff in

the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱500,000.00);

2. That herein Defendant is willing to pay Twenty Thousand Eight

Hundred Thirty Four Pesos (₱20,834.00) in “CASH” for Twenty Four
(24) monthly installments every 30th day of the month starting
December 30, 2017 and every succeeding month until the
indebtedness is fully paid.

3. If herein Defendant defaults in paying a single installment, the Plaintiff

may pray that a Writ of Execution be granted by the Honorable Court.

Based on our mutual agreement, we respectfully submit this Compromise

Agreement before this Honorable Court and we pray that the same be approved.
