I. Introduction

The journal is about the purpose of school administration system in school. It is on how

the system manage to reduce the process of the records and how it secures the records

of the schools. School administration system can provide a detail for a thousands of

students of a school organization. It helps the staff to directly access the system with

the reduces of the process time in finding records. Modernization school organization

framework and mix with system framework is somewhat order to continue the income

in this venture, a system is made for modernizing school administrations. Alongside

that a great deal many group pulling highlights and administrations are integrated to

upgrade the fame and acknowledgment school organization framework.

II. Procedures

The study is based on the books that the researchers read. The books and authors that

used in the research are “Design and implementation of student information management

system” the authors are Zhibing Liu, Huixia Wang Hui Zan, “web based student management

system” by S.R.Bharmagudar, Geeta R.B and S.G.Totad, M.A.Norasiah and Norhayati

“Intelligent student information system”, Ragab, A.H.M., Intelligent Systems Design and

Application, CAI Chang-an. WANG QI, “Design and implement of student information

management system based on B/S model”. It is on how to understand in managing the school

information through a web-based design interface.

III. Findings

The studies show the problem on how to contain the data or information in an updated

way and will help the school to improve more in an efficient way. It has given a diagram

that illustrate the roles of an individual in the organization. The illustration shows three

person the admin as the one to operate and manage the system. The admin is the one

that holds the record and information of the students and other staff of the school. The

activity diagram shows the process of the information in the system. It gives the idea

on how it works and reduce the process of the school.

IV. Conclusion

School organization system is profoundly created web-based application for playing

out all the school works by utilizing application. We can control all the activity of the

school and keep connection between understudy, staff and management. By using web

application at last we can give end that it is quick and superior in survey also, checking

the school organization system.

V. Personal Comments

The web-based design of a system is more on innovative way in managing a school. It

reduces the paper work of the school and reduce the process time of the information. It

shows that it is more useful in managing a thousand of student using the system. It is

easy to find the problem of the school and it can easily to manage the problem. The

system is to increase the efficiency of school record management.

The journal is all about the study of database showing on how the database works in the

company or an organization. It shows that help that provide by a database in the company in

DBMS (Database Management System) it shows that the RDBMS is more advance than the

The study shows the advantages of using a database are reduce data redundancy, control data

inconsistency, provide data security, maintain data integrity, facilitates data sharing and

can be kept up by using DBMS in an important way. DBMS keeps up appropriate information

honesty for example any tasks performed on information including the adjustments, altering

and so on ought not bargain with the information trustworthiness regardless.

DBMS is such innovation which can do ponders in the field of instruction and research on the

The DBMS (Database Management System) is one of the useful systems in managing the

company. It reduces the time of work of the employee in the company. It also shows that in

every areas of the organization gives an important role to their process. It is commonly used in

schools, colleges and other educational institutions for storing the important data and

delivering it on demand. Banks require lots of data regarding the daily transactions and their

up gradations. To work with this data DBMS is widely used and provide fruitful results. A few

libraries which deal with countless books can find support from the databases to monitor the

day by day exchanges. It can have the subtleties of the considerable number of customers,

every one of the books and their exchanges.
