Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd (’Perisai’) is a Malaysia based upstream oil & gas service provider. A public listed group since 2004,
Perisai has a market capitalisation in excess of US$250 million.

Following a transformational change of business direction undertaken in 2010, the Perisai Group today owns a fleet of strategic oil &
gas vessels and facilities supporting the exploration, development and production phases of offshore oil & gas fields both in and out
of Malaysia.

Perisai recently entered the offshore drilling segment by constructing a high specification jack up drilling rig which is expected to be
delivered in July 2014. This new business segment is expected to expand Perisai’s business in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific
Region.

With a fleet spanning offshore support vessels, a construction support and pipelay vessel, a mobile production unit and an offshore
jack-up drilling rig, the Group possesses an extensive presence along the upstream oil & gas value chain.

1. Offshore Support Vessels

Perisai owns a fleet of Offshore Support Vessels supporting the offshore development and production of oil and gas fields. Our
fleet comprises of Anchor Handling Tugs (AHT), Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels (AHTS) and Crew Boats. The 8 Offshore
Support Vessels are :

2. Construction and Installation Support Vessel
In Perisai’s fleet of vessels, its Construction Support 800T heavylift pipelay vessel, the Enterprise 3 (E3) is one of its key assets.
The E3 has the honour of being the first Malaysian flagged offshore construction and pipelay support vessel. The E3, built in
2008 is an ABS Class A1 Derrick Lay Barge capable of installing offshore structures and pipelines.

3. Offshore Production Facility

The Rubicone is a Malaysian flagged ABS Class Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU), converted in 2011 from a BMC-250
Mat Supported Jack Up Platform. Equipped with a rack and pinion elevating system powered by Hagglunds hydraulic motors,
the Rubicone is 58 meters in length and 40 meters in breadth. Weighing 5,113 tonnes, it has a daily production capacity of 165
million scf of gas and 7,306 barrels of fluid.

4. Offshore Drilling
Perisai's first Jack-up Drilling Rig is a PPL Pacific Class® 400 with technologically advanced drilling capabilities. The Rig is
designed and equipped to drill high pressure and high temperature wells as deep as 30,000 feet. It is also capable of operating
in water depths of up to 400 feet, capable of doing offline activity while drilling, ability to be jacked-up with full pre-loading tanks
and has full service accommodation for 150 personnel.
