Minutes of ABM 12 Meeting for Christmas Party

December 5, 2018

The classroom meeting is conducted for the purpose of planning for the preparation for the upcoming
Christmas Party this 15th day of December. The plans discussed in the meeting are agreed by all the students of
ABM 12 and seconded with the presence of the classroom adviser, Ms. Jesamie Seriño.

The plans discussed and agreed are as follows:

 The collected money from the sinking fund, that are collected ₱1 per day from the start of the
school year ‘till the end of the school days in December, will be used to pay for the letchon baboy.
 Each of the 7 divided groups will be bringing their chosen dish:
 Group 1 Kalderetang Manok
 Group 2 Soft drinks
 Group 3 Spaghetti
 Group 4 Vegetable Lumpia
 Group 5 Grilled Fish
 Group 6 Buko-Gulaman Salad
 Group 7 Puto Cheese

The members of each group will only contribute the amount of money contribution to the leader
of their group, the collected money will be needed to pay for the needed ingredients for their
group’s chosen dish that they’ll be bringing in the said event. The selected dish must accommodate
all of the people present at the venue.

 Each student will be bringing their christmas gift for their Manito or Moneta with the agreed
minimum price of ₱100.
  The students agreed to have a beach party after the aforementioned event, to consume all of the
excess dish that will be put to waste, if not consumed totally at the Christmas party. The agreed
date is on Sunday, December 16.
