COMPLAINT
The undersigned complainant under oath accuses ANNALYN
ALGURA WAKABAYASHI and TOMOHIRO WAKABASHI of the crime of
ESTAFA defined and penalized under Article 315 of the Revised Penal
Code of the Philippines, committed as follows;

“That on February 2, 2018, at around 02:00 in the afternoon

and on February 12, 2018 at around 04:00 in the afternoon at
Barangay Camambugan, Municipality of Daet, Province of
Camarines Norte, Philippines and within the preliminary
jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused,
with deliberate intent to gain, with grave abuse of trust and
confidence, employed fraud and deceit, conspiring,
confederating and mutually helping one another for a common
purpose, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously,
transact to undersigned to deliver container containing surplus
items from Japan amounting to Php 550,000.00 and Php
550,000.00 with a grand total of Php 1,100,00.00 but failed to
deliver on the date of their agreement. They also failed to pay
the said amount of money despite of repeated verbal and
written demands made by the complainant, to the damage and
prejudice of the offended party. ”

COMPLAINT

The undersigned complainant, under oath accuses AIZA BANDOLES y

ENGUERA for the crime of ESTAFA defined and penalized under Article 315 of the
Revised Penal Code of the Philippines, committed as follows;
“That on March 2, 2018 at about 10:00 AM at Urban Poor, P-9, Brgy
Alawihao, Municipality of Daet, Province of Camarines Norte, Philippines and
within the preliminary jurisdiction of this Honorable Office the above-named
respondents, with deliberate intent to gain, with grave abuse of trust and
confidence, employed fraud and deceit, did then and there, willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously, borrowed the amount of Eighty Thousand Pesos
(Php 80,000.00) to the undersigned complainant which the respondent used
a house and lot as payment to the said debt but the complainant discovered
that the said house and lot was owned by the respondent’s grandmother and
despite of several demands before the Brgy Lupon of Brgy Alawihao, Daet,
Camarines Norte, both parties failed to come up for settlement. To the
damage and prejudice of the offended party.”

The undersigned complainant, in her capacity as Attorney in Fact under oath

accuses ALLAN ASOR y ALCANTARA of the crime of ESTAFA defined and penalized
under Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines, committed as follows;
“That on January 21, 2019, at Municipality of Daet, Province of
Camarines Norte, Philippines and within the preliminary jurisdiction of this
Honorable Office the above-named respondents, with deliberate intent to
gain, with grave abuse of trust and confidence, employed fraud and
deceit, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, sold their
residential house amounting to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos
(Php 250,000.00) and accepted a partial payment amounting to Fifty
Thousand Pesos (Php. 50,000.00) from the undersigned complainant,
but the respondent failed to comply to the contract and agreement they
have executed, to the damage and prejudice of the offended party.”
