A spread sheet given along with its chart. Replace the chart with some other type of chart, which also
represents the data well. The spread sheet is given as:

Step 1: Click on the chart given

Step 2: Press Delete from keyboard.

Step3: Select al the columns of data, except total.

Step 4: click on insert tab>Charts group>Column drop-down arrow.

Step 5: From the 2-D column heading, select the second type of chart.

Step 6: The chosen chart is applied to the spreadsheet.

Step 7: if required, shift the chart such that it does not block the view of data in the spreadsheet.

Create a presentation. Include the following topic

I. The topic of the presentation should be Indian National integration.

Step1 : Open the Ms-PowerPoint 2010 application.

Step2: Goto Design tab>Themes group>Choose any design.

Step3: Keep the Indian National Integration as the title of the slide.

Step4: Write your name below the title.

II. Include data about food grain production in Indian states

step 1: Open a new slide by pressing Ctrl+M on Normal view

Step 2: Keep the title of new slide as Food grain production of India.

Ste 3: Tabulate the data after inserting table on the slide.

III. Include data about per capita income in various states of the country

step 1: Insert a new slide by pressing Ctrl+M on the above slide.

Step 2: Insert table in the slide of appropriate dimensions.

Step 3: Tabulate the data about per capita income of various states.

IV .Include data about forest area of states in India.

step 1: Insert a new slide by pressing Ctrl+M on the above slide.

Step 2: Insert table in the slide of appropriate dimensions.

Step 3: Tabulate the data about states and forest area percentage.

Create a presentation for

I. Topic is use of Flowchart

Step 1: Open the Ms-PowerPoint 2010 application

Step 2: In the title slide, enter the topic Use of Flow charts.

II. Draw a flowchart for a simple problem

Step 1:Press Ctrl+M in Normal view of Powerpoint to insert a new slide.

Step 2: Select appropriate flowchart sysmbols and arrow marks to create flowchart to add
three numbers together

III. Group up the symbols of the flowchart by using Format tab>Arrange group>Group
option

Step 1: after the flow chart is made, select each flowchart symbol by pressing the Ctrl key

Step 2: Click Format tab>Arrange group>Group drop-down>Group.

IV. Move around the grouped symbols in the slide. Insert a text box and write down the problem
that the flowchart solves.

Step 1: Move the flowchart to some ther area of the slide.

Step 2: place the text describing the flowchart appropriately.

V. Draw a flow chart for a different problem

Step 1: Press Ctrl+M on Normal view, to insert a new slide

step 2: Create a flowchart to find absolute value of a number

Step 3: Label the flow chart with the name Flowchart to find absolute value of number
