scanner as separate machines.

If you operate a small company or need the services of the devices named above in a small

department then a MFD may be just right for you.

Cost per page if you plan to do a lot of printing then check out the cost per page. Sometimes

the lowest cost device has the highest costs per page.

The type of ink used MFD’s tend to use either laser or inkjet printing the type of ink affects

Printing speed pay attention to print speed. Note that the print speed might be different for

black and white and color documents.
