AFFIDAVIT OF ADJUDICATION BY SOLE HEIR OF ESTATE OF

DECEASED PERSON

I, Felicia Rodriguez, of legal age, single, and now residing at 555 St.,
Calingacion St., Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines, after
having been sworn in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That I am the only surviving son of Ferdinand Rodriguez, who

died intestate in the municipality of Sibulan, Philippines on January 15, 2019,
as evidenced by Death Certificate issued by the Local Civil Registrar of
Sibulan hereto attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part of this
Affidavit;

2. That said deceased left an estate consisting of a parcel of land

measuring 800 sq. m. located in the municipality of Sibulan, and evidenced
by Transfer of Title No. 068-2015000315 of the Registry of Deeds of
