It is of compact construction with reliability. Reduction ratio: i=4 ~ 7.5. The bolting holes on both the supporting sides and baseplate are reamed through fine reaming. They are fixed firmly with reamer bolts, The coaxality between the input shaft of gearbox with housing and the wheel of diese! and the face ranout shaube less than 0.lmm, To attain it, the housing of gearbox shall be combined freely with the fixing bolts of both sides om the support. The circular runout between the output shaft of te fearbox and tunnel shaft (or ster shaft) shall be adjusted to less than 0.0Smm, the face runout of flanges to shall be adjusted to less than ¢ 100:0.06mm. Be sure they are firmly fastened. Let the control level at "stop" Position, and stat the diesel atthe lowest speed for trailing. If there is no oil gauge afer running for half minute, stop the diesel, and check. It is not permitted to running without sufficient oil. When the oil pressure is built up, and the diesel runs normally, speed up the diesel to its rated speed and check if the initial oil pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.6MPa. When oil pressure is normal, continue running for 10 minutes and switch control valve for 3 ~ 6 times to check noise and leakage of oil and water.
