 Apostleship of Prayer
o Prayer Intentions/Offerings
 This project aims to provide prayers and blessings to

a way that they will be in communion God and be able
to achieve a life of holiness and perfection.

o Feeding Program

to persons with disabilities (PWDs). It seeks to
empower the said population on how they can

contract.

o Teachers of Church
 This project, headed by the catechists, in collaboration
with the parents, aims to teach every child the basic

spiritual and moral foundation of the child, which
he/she can rely on throughout his/her life.

c. Service Ministry

assistance among the people of the community. More

 The prayer intentions/offerings for the poor and
suffering, sick, deceased individuals, and even for the
special intentions of specific individuals are being
addressed by the apostles or “prayer soldiers” of the
church. They preside with the prayer if someone asks
for it or whenever the need arises, even if there is no
direct command from the parish priest. They pray for
the repose of the soul of the dead, quick recovery of
the sick person, mercy and compassion of God for the
poor and suffering, and guidance or blessing for other
special intentions.

o Feeding Program for the Youth

 The Apostleship of Prayer Ministry collaborates with
the Youth Ministry to hold a weekly feeding program in
the local community. The children are gathered in the
church to have their lunch, which is then followed by
playing games, social interactions, and giving of
packed goods.

 Catholic Women’s League

League of the local parish, which focuses on outreach

inspirational talks, interactions, and distribution of in-
kind assistance.

 Church Greeters and Collectors

o Outreach and Assistance for the Indigent Families
 The Church Greeters and Collectors, on the other
hand, focuses on the welfare of indigent families
wherein they conduct an outreach program annually
involving the members of the said population. This
involves seminar-workshops to help the indigent
households in starting up a local source of income, and
also giving of in-kind assistance by the end of the
program.

b. Formation Ministry
 Bible Apostolate
o Sunday School (Bible Study)
 This program is held weekly, every Sunday after the
morning mass, to cater to the children and workers who
do not have the time and capacity to know about the
story of God and creation, salvation, and other
significant biblical events during their school and work
hours. It allows the members to participate by letting
them read the Bible per group, making small group
discussions, and allowing them to share their insights
and experiences during the period.

 Family and Life

o Marriage/Family Life Counseling
 Individuals/couples who are about to get married or
about to enter the family life seek counseling to the
church and join the Pre-Cana seminar for them to
understand further the value of marriage and the
essence of building a family. They are also given tips
on how to maintain good relationships with their
husband/wife and how to survive life after answering to
the vocation of marriage.

 Catechists
o Teachers of Church
 Children who have not received the sacrament of the
First Holy Communion and Confirmation yet are

households. They walk from house to house to bring
happiness and light at home.
