Introduction
In today’s time, people would choose foods that are in its ordinary form
over the dishes that was brought up to a whole new level just what like the
proponents did to their product. Promoting a healthy and a convenient way of
eating by recommending varieties of Gourmet Herring and Ukoy fishbone to the
public market. Consumers would correspondingly benefit with the product’s
health nutrition content it has, but also helps the Filipino fishing industry in the
country as well.
The proponents made this product for the intent of providing their valued
customers a new Filipino delicacy by giving them food that is easy to eat, along
