MOTION TO RELEASE SUPERSEDEAS BOND

Respondent CLASSIQUE IDEAS INTERIOR DESIGNS INC., by counsel, avers
that:

1. On January 22, 2019, the respondent company has settled in full the
satisfaction of the judgment monetary award in favor of the Complainants
through amicable settlement.

2. It bears noting however that the foregoing judgment award was

voluntarily settled by the respondent despite the existence of a
supersedeas bond in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS AND 40/100 PESOS
(PhP, 355,785.40).

3. In view of the foregoing full satisfaction of the judgment award, the

respondent company hereby moves for the immediate release of the
Supersedeas Bond JCL (15) – HO – 001739 which was posted by Intra Strata
Assurance Corporation in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS AND 40/100 PESOS
(PhP, 355,785.40).
 4. The respondent company also prays that the Intra Strata Corporation be
likewise served with a copy of the Order of Release to obviate any
questions on the validity of the Order of Release.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable Office that

an order be issued directing the immediate release of the Supersedeas
Bond JCL (15) – HO – 001739 which was posted by Intra Strata Assurance
Corporation in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS AND 40/100 PESOS (PhP,
355,785.40).

All other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises, are likewise
